In the 2360s, the ''Hegh'ta'' was commanded by [[Kurn]].  It fought alongside forces loyal to [[Gowron]] in the [[Klingon Civil War]] of 2368.

It was later attached to [[Klach D'Kel Brakt]] under [[K'Hare]].
