Relkin Xel is serving diplomatic relations between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. He was Kayvin Jal's field docent, and has served as her mentor for many years.
Lieutenant Commander Xel served on the USS Sizemore as Chief Medical Officer for two years, including being promoted to Commander and Second Officer, and later Executive Officer for a year. He served on Starbase KDB as the aide to Nadroj Neirbo. When the station on H'atoria began construction in 2385, he was promoted to Captain and assigned as the senior Federation presence there.
OOC Notes
This character was created for the USS Sizemore simm, but was later re-purposed to function as a sounding board character for Kayvin Jal, and is generally kept in that capacity.
