Necesse Transporter

A modified Dominion long-range transporter used by the Necesse Malum. It is capable of beaming personnel and equipment across interstellar distances.
One of the limitations of this device is that it can only energize transport when the target location and the transporter match a particular phase variance perfectly, which means the operator must wait for a 'window' to open where the transporter will function.
