NuH bey' Class

The nuH bey' Class is the newest battleship in the Klingon fleet. The beginning of it's use will mark the end of production for the Negh'Var Class. The shipyard at Qo'noS that was used to build the Negh'Var Class vessels had to be modified in order to accommodate the exceptionally large wingspam of the nuH bey'.
The creation of the nuH bey' was prompted by increased sharing of technology between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. It is designed to integrate Federation and Klingon technologies in a much more compatible fashion. It is one of the few Klingon ships to use Ablative Armor in addition to traditional armor plating.
